The firm was founded in 1995 and has offices in Oakland, California, and Dallas, Texas, serving clients across both states, with an emphasis on practice in the San Francisco Bay Area and East Bay (including Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Marin Counties) and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.  Although often a client first comes to us for a single project, our perspective is to be available for them for all their future needs, and we are proud to have long-term relationships with our clients. We serve as their general counsel and act as their “go to” attorney for whatever issues come up in the legal realm. We value the close working relationships we have with our clients.  Much of our new business comes from referrals from satisfied clients.  If a client matter falls outside of our practice, then we strive to refer them to an excellent, reliable attorney who can assist them. 

 We understand that legal fees charged in the industry can be stratospheric, and we always keep the “bottom line” in mind when working for our clients.  We strive to always charge reasonable fees for our work relative to the legal market, and provide cost-benefit analysis to our clients when disputes and litigation arise.  When possible, we offer our clients fixed fees for certain work.
