 Q: I work full-time.  Do you meet with client "after hours"?
A: Yes, I know you are busy and understand that more productive meetings or telephone conferences often result from meetings held outside of work hours.  I therefore attempt to accommodate whenever possible my clients' busy schedules.

Q:  I am elderly or have physical limitations and cannot easily get to your office.  Do you make "house calls"?
A:  Yes, in cases in which a client cannot reasonably get to my office for physical reasons, I am happy to try to travel to them for meetings.


Q:  How will I know if you can help me before I commit the time to a meeting?
A:  If you have a legal issue which appears to fall within one of my practice areas, then I generally will want to speak with you for a few minutes by telephone to obtain enough information to understand your issue(s) and determine if I can help you.  If so, then we can set up an initial meeting. 


 We understand that legal fees charged in the industry can be stratospheric, and we always keep the “bottom line” in mind when working for our clients.  We strive to always charge reasonable fees for our work relative to the legal market, and provide cost-benefit analysis to our clients when disputes and litigation arise.  When possible, we offer our clients fixed fees for certain work.  


 We work best with clients who desire exemplary, efficient, ethical, affordable legal representation.  We look forward to hearing from you.
